Agreed with most of the points and it’s a great article for tech startups. From my experience with one of the fastest unicorns (3 years) is that:
- don’t go with microservices but monolith architecture & good abstraction of everything
- well prepared for infrastructure like container orchestration, CI/CD, cloud platform…
